EMPOWERING UNDERREPRESENTED TALENT PROFESSIONALS

CONGRATULATIONS TO OUR

2020 GRADUATING CLASS

“It is with great enthusiasm that we at Recruiting Innovation introduce the graduating class of our very first Ernestine McClendon Talent Grant!

Each one of these talent grant recipients exemplify the best qualities of the recruitment industry: a commitment to excellence, investment in one’s professional development, and a desire to help others.

These talent grant recipients have worked hard over the past 5 months to elevate their technical skills, improve their recruiting process, and to grow and extend their network. What started out as an idea to help create a more diverse and equitable recruiting industry has resulted in a holistic experience that includes Tech Recruiter Certification, mentorship, community building, and creating opportunities to truly grow and flourish within the technical recruiting industry.

We couldn’t be more proud of each and every one who participated in this inaugural talent grant experience. Please join us in congratulating this inspiring group of Certified Tech Recruiters! Feel free to reach out and connect – everyone is looking to grow their network and many are open to new professional opportunities.”
